Alpha Sigma Lambda logo
Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Society is a nonprofit organization devoted to the advancement of scholarship and to the recognition of nontraditional students continuing their higher education. The Society was established in 1945-46 to honor superior scholastic achievement and leadership in adult students. Alpha Sigma Lambda is the oldest and largest chapter-based honor society for full and part-time adult students.
 

Membership Criteria for the Gamma Rho Chapter at UNC Charlotte:

  • Minimum of 30 credit hours at UNC Charlotte
  • 25 years of age or older
  • 3.5 CGPA or better
  • Completing first undergraduate degree
